This summer, while you're chilling by the pool, cool off with a refreshing berry mojito! To me, summer brings back so many amazing memories - running barefoot through the backyard and cannonballing into the water, fishing with my dad, and eating fresh berries picked straight from the vine. These memories were the inspiration for this berry mojito summer cocktail.

During the warmer months (Texas really only has hot and cool seasons) you can find me sipping on something icy. I'm typically a whiskey kind of gal, but when it's hot I want something crisp and refreshing. Last year, gin was my jam. This year, I think it's going to be all about the rum... and the berries, of course.
