Tiramisu Pudding Remixed

Tiramisu Pudding is quick, simple, and provides a much needed treat to any holiday. I am a holiday food fan, and sweets are definitely up there as far as rank goes. There's little more enticing than holiday food in general. Some of my earliest memories include me helping my mom in the kitchen. I have such fond memories of standing on our old wooden dining chairs, stirring pots.My mom taught me how to cook with intuition - "a little of this, a dash of that" - so I rarely follow a recipe verbatim. I enjoy putting my own twists on foods. That's what I did with this Tiramisu pudding recipe (adapted from this original recipe). The finished product is a delightfully light, semi-sweet dessert that the whole family will enjoy. This tiramisu pudding is decadent, yet complex. Best of all, this tiramisu pudding is easy to whip up in a jiffy.

[yumprint-recipe id='12']Tiramisu pudding is a holiday dessert that never disappoints. Tiramisu is light and fluffy and so totally decadent. My mom and I made this tiramisu pudding dessert many years ago. It was forgotten, but I brought it back to life this Thanksgiving. I'm fairly certain my family thought they were never going to get to eat it because it took us so long to figure out how to photograph it in the lighting we had. Special thanks to my super awesome sister, Jessica, who took these photos. I need your skillz (with a z).One thing I really appreciate about this dish is that it's incredibly simple. When the ingredients are mixed, they really pair well together to form a cohesive flavor. I can't really pick out any one ingredient (maybe other than chocolate). I think that's a really unique quality in a dessert, especially a layered one. What's a holiday dessert that takes you right back?
