I don't know about you, but I am always in the market for healthy recipes. When I find something that works, I ride that pony hard. Recently, I discovered a recipe on Pinterest (original post) for Blackened Chicken with Avocado Sauce. I don't know about you, but I always put a spin on recipes I find. I hardly ever make a recipe exactly like it's written, unless I write it myself. This avocado sauce is the best way to add flair to a basic dish.I made some tweaks to the original recipe, and I am absolutely floored with how well this sauce turned out. I'm not even going to mention the chicken... I mean, it's chicken. But the avocado sauce?! Holy cow. Wham bam, thank you ma'am. How To Make Avocado Sauce
