One Minute Margaritas for the Lazy Man
Sometimes you just need a margarita and you need it STAT. This past weekend I was in need of a margarita. Luckily, we have friends that have imparted margarita wisdom upon us, and my husband whipped up a pitcher in a minute flat. Seriously... No mix involved, either. These are literally one minute margaritas that are perfect for the lazy man--or woman. This one minute margarita recipe comes from our dear friend Brian.

I could also name these margaritas "knock you on your butt margaritas", or "you never saw it comin' margaritas" because both are true. These margs are so smooth that you'll never guess they were so easy... and potent. I have to get slightly off track for a second because I need to tell you a funny story. A few years ago we went to Philadelphia for my sister-in-law's wedding. Most of the people there were locals to Pennsylvania, but about a quarter of us were Texan. If you didn't know, Texans do margaritas best. It's just science, or something.There was an open bar (hallelujah) and I saw my husband's uncle, Mike, sauntering back to our table. Apparently, he requested a margarita and the bartender responded with, "we don't drink those here". There are a few things you shouldn't say to Mike and well, that was apparently number one for the evening. Mike made it known that in "God's Country" margaritas are celebrated and since a Texan was paying for this wedding, he expected a margarita. He then proceeded to tell the man how to make a proper one. When the rest of the table heard this story, we all got up from our seats, traipsed over to the bartender and ordered margaritas. And no... that amount of tequila is not a typo. My eyes were as big as yours were when you read that, I'm sure. The funny thing is, these do not taste like strong margaritas at all. In fact, they go down extremely smooth. So, drinker beware. They sneak up on ya!
Pro Tip:
Keep your drink cold with these awesome ice balls! They melt super slowly, so you can sip on your cold beverage and not have to worry with it watering down.
