One Pan Honey Chicken and Veggies

I like to cook, but I generally don't like to fuss over a meal every night of the week. I definitely don't like to fuss over numerous dishes after cooking. Lately, I've been really been digging the one pan meal. Our new favorite is under 30 minutes, total - cooking time included. One pan honey chicken and veggies is a healthy and easy meal for weeknights. Finding the energy to cook a healthy meal isn't always easy, but this healthy one pan dinner could not be easier. Honestly, in less time than it takes to pick up takeout, you can have this delicious healthy one pan meal... and leftovers. This under 30 one pan meal is the perfect recipe for weeknights.

Total Recipe Versatility

I really love how versatile this recipe is. There is no end in ways you can put your own spin on it. I got the inspiration for this recipe from a Tasty Junior video which shared 4 easy one pan meals. I actually made the honey garlic chicken recipe, but I didn't love how long it took to make... and it didn't leave me with any left overs. This under 30 one pan meal is the perfect recipe for weeknights. My one pan honey chicken and veggie recipe is quick, simple and healthy.I prefer to make this dish with broccoli crowns, but I accidentally picked up chopped broccoli instead. That's the cool thing about this recipe, though. Substitute whatever veggies you want, and have a delicious meal in less than 30. Seriously - practically every veggie works. This under 30 one pan meal is the perfect recipe for weeknights. Also - use fresh veggies, OR frozen veggies. I like the convenience of the frozen, myself - there's less to prep. This under 30 one pan meal is the perfect recipe for weeknights.

It's safe to say that one pan meals have my heart. There's less prep, less to clean, and less time to wait, which means there's more time for things like board games and DIYs. I'm really relieved to have this recipe because I can make it on days that I don't feel like cooking... and that means less take out and more ways to save on our grocery bill
