Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
Sometimes I get a hankering for something sweet and I can't stop until I find it. Monday night I knew I wanted to make something, but it was already 9 o'clock and I didn't want to start baking. I immediately thought of a childhood favorite... The No Bake Cookie--Specifically, the chocolate no bake cookie. This cookie is chocolatey, it's peanut buttery, and I could eat my weight in them. 
But it was late. I had already done the dishes, and I wanted to make this as minimally invasive as possible to my clean kitchen. I decided to stick with the basics, mostly, but put in a few choice short cuts. I looked through my cabinet, nodded in approval, and started gathering all of my ingredients.
