How To Save Money On Clothes
I don't think it's a secret around here that I like to save money (here, here, and here). I seriously loath paying full price for just about everything, especially if it's something I'm buying for myself. I don't think I've paid full price for an article of clothing in years. Honest to God. Here's how I save money on clothes.

Most of my shopping is done online, it's true. When I find an awesome piece of clothing that I just can't live without, I immediately start googling coupon codes. 9 times out of 10, there's a valid coupon code that works and I go about my merry way. Usually I'll search the website before I enter a physical store. I already have in mind what I want. If there's a coupon code online, I'll simply ask the clerk if they honor online coupon codes. You'll be surprised at how often they do honor online coupon codes. And this way, you don't have to wait for shipping! Yay! I recently found a top I loved from Express, which is expensive in my opinion, anyway. I have to use a coupon to shop there, or I don't buy anything. I had a $15 off $30 coupon online, but I didn't know what sized I'd need and I'd have to pay $8 shipping. I went to my local Express, found the top immediately, tried it on, and asked the girl behind the counter if they would take online coupon codes. Do you know what she said to me? "Of course we do." So, instead of paying ~$33 for a top + shipping (still with a coupon code), I paid $26 and left with the top the same day. It never hurts to ask. Plus, she told me I could always come in and order directly from the store to avoid paying shipping on something.
